Citizen Contact Centre – Access to Information Made Easy!

Citizen Contact Centre (CCC) is PITB’s centralized call center platform for multiple government departments (attached/autonomous/semi-government bodies/departments/units) to interact with citizen. It includes services like inbound/outbound calls, helpline/complaint line with IVR facility, outbound survey calls facility, SMS/MMS query and broadcasting service (text and/or voice), pre-recorded calls/robot calls with response capture facility, etc. and other mechanisms and technologies to connect with the citizens and officials as the need may be.
