Citizen Facilitation Center Launched in Gujranwala

In succession of the effective operations of e-Khidmat Centers, another Facilitation Center was launched in Gujranwala today amidst media and citizens. Chairman PITB, Dr Umar Saif was accompanied by DG (e-Governance, PITB), Sajid Latif & Director (CFS, PITB), Muhammad Waseem Bhatti at the inaugural ceremony where he met the e-Khidmat team instituted at the Gujranwala center. Briefing the media, Dr Umar Saif said that the Facilitation Center will help the common man to avail services with respect and without any hassle under one roof. e-Khidmat center allows greater accountability, transparency and simplifies transaction procedures, he added. He stated that the success of facilitation centers in other cities and the level of citizen satisfaction has been thoroughly encouraging, which motivated us to continue opening centers of the same ilk in other cities. Dr Saif added that the CFCs have proved to be a path breaking initiative in the course of public service delivery.
DCO Gujranwala, Aamir Jan and Commissioner, Captain Asif, were also present at the launch event. They appreciated PITB for the untiring efforts and Dr Umar Saif for his dedicated, guided attention.
