Citizen Contact Centre (CCC), a Punjab Government’s IT Enabled Facility

It is instituted at PITB that acts as an intermediate between citizens and the government for quick information delivery which is otherwise inaccessible or difficult to find.
With the objective to increase the services rendered to citizens and to improve the interaction with the participating departments, CCC is currently mediating and handling 19 campaigns as helplines, survey lines and Complaint Lines to serve you best!
