Toll-free number (0800-99000) of Punjab Health Line (PHL) is accessible from all over Pakistan. Secretary Health, Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department and Chairman PITB had collaborated to put together a comprehensive booklet on Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The booklets are designed to provide information and answers to common queries on diseases, injuries and disorders.
For the ready reference in future, Director General (IT), Rizwan Rashid distributed booklets among the call center agents of Citizen Contact Center (CCC), which is instituted at PITB.
