A comprehensive training session was organized at Town Hall today for local government elected members on Punjab Fix-It application which is a smart solution designed to allow them to report civic problems (waste management, price control, etc.). A click on the application is all it takes to alert the concerned authorities to take action and resolve the problem. They don't have to bear the hassle of physically reaching out to the respective government departments and can now launch a complaint through the app. These sessions will continue for next 10 days to ensure all members of all Union Councils are trained on the usage of the application.
