Chairman Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and VC Information Technology University, Dr Umar Saif, will be delivering a distinguished lecture on Designing Technology for ‘Other’ 5 Billion at university of Washington, Seattle on November 15, which is open for public. Through the lecture he will be highlighting the use of smartphone applications helping fight against poverty, disease and illiteracy.
