PITB will now be implementing an e-Filing & Office Automation System (eFOAS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for timely and effective redressal of grievances. In this regard, team PITB had a productive meet with Joint Secretary (PM, Secretariat) and his team whereby the logistics of development and implementation were deliberated.
Moreover, our team also met MD Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) and his team for the implementation of eFOAS and relevant systems. In regard to this, an MoU followed by SLA will be signed between PITB & OPF in next couple of weeks.
