At Citizen Contact Center we believe in regularly coaching and grooming Call Agents. We train the Agents in 'Effective Email Writing Skills' by CCC's quality assurance experts. The training includes making best use of emails, email structure, effective subject lines for the reader, managing receipts and messages, usage of correct grammar, formatting messages for readability, proofreading and netiquettes.
