Citizen Feedback Monitoring Program Punjab (CFMP) seeks citizen feedback on mutliple services across Punjab to identify bottlenecks that impede service delivery in any way. The feedback provided by the citizens has resulted in penalties, suspensions, terminations, show-cause notices among a variety of actions to improve governance and citizen experience.
