PITB's CCC Helping Population Welfare Department Reach Out to citizens

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB)'s state of the art Citizen Contact Center (CCC) is alive 24/7 servicing citizens across Punjab. CCC facilitates multiple departments in citizen engagement, disseminating information and receiving feedback. Manned by highly trained agents, CCC ensures immediate response to citizens' queries. CCC helpline for PWD is operational from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm six days a week. It aims at increasing citizen awareness about family planning practices and the adverse consequences of rapid population growth. In addition it also receives complaints and suggestions of citizens.
