Dr Umar Saif to Speak at the Harvard Center for International Development

Chairman Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and VC Information Technology University (ITU), Dr Umar Saif will be speaking at the Harvard Center for International Development (CID) on Designing Technology for the ‘other’ 5 Billion tomorrow. He will be talking about how with the advent of cheap smartphones, we can finally design software applications to fight poverty, disease and illiteracy for the "other" 5 billion in the developing world.
