The Citizen Contact Center (CCC), instituted at PITB, held a Mock Call Competition in which random calls related to different departments and campaigns were done to gauge the overall quality of CCC agents. A prize distribution ceremony, following the competition, was held where the Joint Director Citizen Contact Center, Amir Munsif Khan, distributed gifts among the winning agents.
