Citizen Contact Center at PITB Goes Live

With the objective to increase the services rendered to citizens and to improve the interaction with the participating departments, Citizen Contact Center (CCC) will mediate and handle more than 25 campaigns as helplines, survey lines and complaint lines to serve you best!
Housed at Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), the CCC has the capacity of 200 seats where our agents maintain liaison; managing helplines for government departments thereby facilitating and sharing government’s load
