PITB Develops a Special mobile App and Manages Helpline ti Resolve Citizen's Grievances

PITB develops a special mobile application to assist the School Education Department in resolving citizens' grievances across Punjab received on the hotline (111-112-020), also managed by PITB. The initiative is backed by a robust complaint resolution mechanism and customized dashboards developed to address issues such as lack of basic facilities, poor infrastructure, and teacher behavior.
