PITB successfully conducted a two-day training session of the Independent Assessment Officers for the Specialized Healthcare project, KPIs Assessment & Reward System. This will enable us to measure institutional and individual KPIs of all tertiary care hospitals and reward them accordingly. Ali Kheiri and Shahid Qayyum conducted the training on KPI Assessment software while Abdul Rahman (Field Coordinator - SMIPU) presented a detailed overview on the 162 institutional KPIs.
