Inspector General National Highways & Motorway Police, Mr. Muhammad Aamir Zulfiqar Khan, met Chairman PITB, Dr. Umar Saif, to seek PITB’s assistance for complete automation of national highways and motorway police network. Motorway police is already using PITB’s e-ticketing System which has helped collect over Rs. 7.5 Billion worth of speeding tickets across Pakistan. Future collaboration envisages a number of tech-driven initiatives.
