Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) Chairman Dr Umar Saif on Thursday has cleared that the Results Transmission System (RTS) for general elections 2018 was never developed by PITB; it was established by the National Database & Registration Authority and the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
