Mr. Khurram Mushtaq serves as Additional Director General (IT Project Management) at PITB, where he leads automation initiatives focused on public-sector reform, service delivery improvement, and ease-of-doing-business interventions.
His portfolio includes major systems such as e-FOAS, iPAS, FIMS, BMIS, e-Biz Punjab and citizen-centric platforms including Apni Chhat Apna Ghar, Apni Zameen Apna Ghar, Asaan Karobar, and One Window Service Centers, supporting housing, commerce, and infrastructure development across Punjab. He has also overseen monitoring and analytics platforms enabling data-driven oversight of development projects.
With nearly three decades of experience spanning telecom, consulting, and government digital transformation, Mr. Mushtaq brings strong analytical and execution capabilities. He holds an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). He has previously served as Member IT, Board of Revenue, contributing to province-wide digitization efforts.
