JD Citizen Contact Center (CCC) Ali Zeb and team met Chief Postmaster (Lahore GPO) Saman Shirazi. CCC Team briefed about the state of the art Contact Center & discussed the initiation of helpline and Complaint Management System. Both departments will collaborate with each other for future endeavors.
