Citizen Contact Center Team Meets Transport Department Team

JD Citizen Contact Center (CCC), Ali Zeb, and his team met Director IT Transport Department Punjab, Muhammad Asim Iqbal, in which team CCC gave a brief on the state-of-the-art contact center solution of CCC. Director IT Transport Department Punjab, Muhammad Asim Iqbal, discussed the initiation of Punjab Digital Transport System agreeing that both departments will collaborate to establish the helpline for Punjab Transport Department.
