PITB's Citizen Contact Center team led by Joint Director Ali Zeb met Director Head Quarter/PIO) Daud Abdullah at the Directorate General Labour Welfare. The team discussed setting up a helpline for Labour & Human Resource Department Punjab and how CCC can help the department facilitate citizens efficiently and effectively.
