PITB's Citizen Contact Center (CCC) team led by Joint Director Ali Zeb met the Director Admin Walled City of Lahore Authority - والڈ سٹی لاہور اتھارٹی Shahid Nadeem. CCC will team up with the Walled City of Lahore Authority to start a helpline, hosted at CCC, for enhanced citizen experience. It will guide citizens about the tourist sites, guided tours, and information related to WCLA.
