PITB's Citizen Contact Center Team visited Excise & Taxation Office and met DG Excise Saleha Saeed to brief her on the helpline services. DG Excise reviewed the overall performance of E&T Helpline 0800-08786 managed by Citizen Contact Center and gave suggestions to enhance citizen experience.
