A consultative workshop regarding ‘Harmonizing with International Development Partners to Improve Nutrition related Activities in Punjab’ was organized by Multi Sectoral Nutrition Centre (MSNC) P&D Board. Addressing the inaugural session, Chairman Planning & Development Board (P&DB) Abdullah Khan Sumbal emphasized that nutrition is on the priority agenda of the Government of Punjab. PITB team was appreciated for their efforts and will be working with MSNC for the deployment of Comprehensive Integrated Nutrition Information System for multiple departments across Punjab. Each department's activities and performance shall be measured against pre-defined specific indicators related to nutrition interventions. PITB JD Nausheen Fayyaz was presented a shield as a token of appreciation.
