Citizen Contact Center Team led by JD CCC Ali Zeb visited the Environment Protection Department – Punjab to meet Secretary EPP Punjab Zahid Hussain. CCC Team briefed him about the scope and services offered by CCC and how it can help improve citizen service management through a dedicated helpline.
