A delegation from Planning & Development Department AJ&K and Social Welfare Department AJK visited e-Khidmat Markaz (ASTP) to get acquainted with the success story of e-Khidmat Markaz, which started with 15 services in 2015 and now stands to offer 78 public services under one roof with guaranteed turnout time(s). They also discussed the expansion model implemented by e-Khidmat Markaz Management to be replicated in AJK for better citizen facilitation and service delivery with the same hassle-free, robust environment, assisted by the professional support of PITB.
