Deputy Secretary Education Punjab Syed Ahsan Raza visited Citizen Contact Center at PITB. He was briefed about different campaigns managed by Citizen Contact Center Team. He showed keen interest in the establishment of helpline for issues related to private schools. CCC Team guided him about the services offered by CCC (Inbound, Outbound, Robo Calls, SMS and CRM) and informed that a dedicated helpline can be used for given campaigns.
