Citizen Contact Center Team led by JD CCC Ali Zeb met DG Punjab Food Authority Irfan Memon. CCC Team briefed DG PFA about the services offered by CCC (Inbound, Outbound , Robo Calls, SMS and CRM) and discussed how PITB & PFA can work closely to establish a 24/7 Helpline for Punjab Food Authority.
