Participants of 47th Specialized Training Program (STP) from National Police Academy, Islamabad, visited PITB today. PITB ADG Training & Development Saima Shaikh and Director IT Operations Syed Qasim Afzal briefed them on various initiatives by PITB. Special brief was given on Criminal Record Office (CRO), Hotel Eye, Crime Mapping, Unified Justice System, and other ICT initiatives that have automated and modernized the policing system for better public service delivery and improved backend processes. The delegation, led by Deputy Commandant National Police Academy DIG Muhammad Idrees, consisted of SSP Umar Riaz, 18 ASPs and 8 other faculty members.
Souvenirs were also exchanged between PITB and National Police Academy.
