As part of Case-Flow Management System (CFMS) trainings, Consumer Protection Council (CPC) project team conducted their 8th and last online training session for System Network Administrators (SNAs) of 26 District Authority Offices. The participants were given a brief demonstration of Case-Flow Management System, Online Complaint Registration Portal, and Mobile Application (Admin & User interfaces). The session was followed by a QA activity.
