Citizen Contact Center (CCC) Team visited Mines & Minerals Department and met their Deputy Secretary Atika A Bukhari to discuss the setting up of a dedicated helpline for Mines & Minerals Department.
CCC Team briefed about their services. Deputy Secretary appreciated the contributions of PITB in managing the helplines of multiple government departments and also discussed how both departments can work closely for establishment of Helpline.
