Citizen Contact Center (CCC) team led by JD CCC Ali Zeb visited University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Lahore and met Head of IT Professor Dr. Waqar Mahmood. UET team was briefed about the services offered by CCC (Inbound, Outbound, Robo Calls, SMS and CRM) and how PITB can help UET to establish a state of the art Helpline.
Dr. Waqar Mahmood appreciated the contributions of PITB in managing the helplines of multiple government departments and also discussed the way forward.
