Chairman PITB Azfar Manzoor, Senior Member Board of Revenue (SMBR) Babar Hayat Tarar, DG E-Gov PITB Sajid Latif and ADG Citizen Facilitation Services Muhammad Waseem Bhatti along with senior officials from both departments visited e-Khidmat Markaz (ASTP) to check the comparative efficiency of Board of Revenue services offered through e-Khidmat Maraakaz. SMBR remotely monitored the same services being processed at e-Khidmat Markaz Gujranwala and communicated with citizens via video link while the delegates also spoke with citizens to get their feedback on service quality.
48 more services of Board of Revenue (BOR) have been incorporated in e-Khidmat Markaz's services portfolio. The services tally has now reached 120 plus.
SMBR appreciated PITB’s efforts towards hassle-free service delivery to the citizens.
