In a special session chaired by Member IT P&D Board Masud Anwar, Chief IT P&D Board Sohail Raoof, and PITB DG IT Operations (IT Ops) Faisal Yousaf, the core team of PITB IT-Ops gave a detailed overview of PITB's portfolio and how digitising government departments has improved public service delivery, ensured transparency and introduced hassle-free processes. These initiatives have helped the government in implementing cost-effective processes. Member IT P&D Board appreciated PITB's support and efforts in this regard.
