The Complaint Management System seeks to improve public service delivery and minimize complaints by resolving them in an effective and timely manner. Operational across 36 districts of Punjab, the system includes the numerous complaint solutions viz. hospital-related complaints, Dengue, Polio, Hepatitis, TB, AIDS, Rabies, Thallesmia, and spurious drugs.
