Citizen Contact Center(CCC) Team led by JD CCC Ali Zeb visited "Idara E Taleem O Aagahi" (ITA) and met ITA Deputy Director Research Ms. Sahar Saeed. Team CCC gave a brief on the servics offered by CCC (Inbound, Outbound, Robo Calls, SMS and CRM) and how PITB can help ITA in the establishment of a state of the art Helpline.
Ms. Sahar Saeed appreciated PITB's efforts in managing the helplines of various government departments and discussed future collaborations in this regard.
