Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (PBIT) have inked a Contact Center Services agreement in order to establish Investor Helpline.
The agreement was signed by the Chief Operating Officer PBIT Jalal Hassan and DG e-Governance PITB Sajid Latif while Chief Executive Officer PBIT Dr. Erfa Iqbal, JD Citizen Contact Center Ali Zeb and other team members of both organizations were also present on the occasion.
PITB and PBIT have joined hands to facilitate both local and foreign investors to establish Punjab as an ideal destination for investments.
