Department of Tourist Services and PITB Signed an Agreement

Deputy Controller Department of Tourist Services (Deputy Secretary YASAT) Khurram Pervaiz and DG eGov PITB Sajid Latif signed an agreement to extend helpline services to the Department of Tourist Services, Punjab. He also visited the Citizen Contact Center (CCC) along with JD CCC Ali Zeb and was briefed about the state-of-the-art CRM and was introduced to the call manager for the respective helpline. He appreciated the services provided by the CCC.
