Certificate Distribution Ceremony for top performers of Citizen Contact Center (CCC) staff was held in PITB. DG eGov Sajid Latif and ADG (CFS) Muhammad Waseem Bhatti distributed the certificates among the contact center agents. DG Sajid Latif also applauded the services of CCC staff for facilitating citizens.
