Representative of Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (PBIT) Samad Rasheed Sheikh conducted a training session for Citizen Contact Center (CCC) agents regarding Investor Helpline that is set up and managed by PITB. As per Contact Center Services Agreement signed between the two departments, PITB and PBIT will facilitate both local and foreign investors with an aim to help Punjab become an ideal destination for investments.
