As part of Case-Flow Management System (CFMS) trainings, Consumer Protection Council (CPC) project team at PITB conducted their 4th online training session for the Readers of seven District Consumer Courts. The participants were given a brief demonstration of Case-Flow Management System, Online Complaint Registration Portal, and Mobile Application (admin & user interfaces). The interactive session was followed by a QA session.
