Delegation from Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH lead by Mr. Muhammad Atif in the area of Citizen Engagement in Public Service Delivery, visited PITB today.
On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), GIZ requested PITB for support in providing these services effectively to the citizens and enhancing citizen participation.
The GIZ team had a very important kick off meeting with the e-Khidmat Markaz and Call Center teams to discuss the support and roll out plans on outreach & awareness with reference to Right to Service (RTS) and Citizen Engagement.
DG eGov Sajid Latif, ADG (CFS) / PD (e-Khidmat Markaaz) Muhammad Waseem Bhatti, and Head Citizen Contact Center Ali Zeb along with their teams gave detailed briefing on PITB’s role, readiness and ensured its full support and cooperation to make the said initiatives successful.
