Citizen Contact Center (CCC) team led by JD CCC Ali Zeb visited Punjab Library Foundation (PLF) and met PLF Deputy Director Rehman Asif. Team CCC gave a brief on the services offered by CCC and how PITB can assist Punjab Library Foundation to uplift their citizens' experience. PLF Deputy Director Rehman Asif appreciated CCC’s efforts and showed interest in mutual collaboration.
