Training sessions regarding the extended scope of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Project were held on 4th and 5th January. KPI Project was initially operational in 10 Hospitals across 5 districts of Punjab. It is now upscaled and is being extended to 51 hospitals across 13 districts of the province. Approximately 51 new team members have been inducted to cover the extended scope of the project.
