For the Bardana & Wheat Procurement Drive 2021-2022, Program Officer IT-Ops PITB Afnan Javed gave a training on Farmer Registration, Bardana Issuance and Wheat Procurement modules to District Food Controllers (DFC), Food Department and System Network Assistants (SNAs) via Zoom.
Launched last year, the system has enabled the Punjab Government and the Food Department to document the procurement drive and ensure transparency in supply management of wheat.
