CPC project team conducted their 8th and last online training session

CPC project team conducted their 8th and last online training session of CFMS Rollout Implementation (Phase-1) for the System Network Administrators (SNAs) of 10 Districts, Assistants of 10 District Consumer Protection Councils and Nominees from 10 District Authority Offices (Deputy Commissioners & Assistant Commissioner Offices). They were given a brief demonstration of Case-Flow Management System, Online Complaint Registration Portal, and Mobile Application (Admin & User interfaces), which was followed by a QA session.
