CPC Project Team Conducted their 2nd Online Training Session

As part of the Case-Flow Management System (CFMS) trainings, Consumer Protection Council (CPC) project team conducted the 2nd online training session for the Assistants of seven District Consumer Protection Councils. The participants were given a brief demonstration of Case-Flow Management System, Online Complaint Registration Portal and Mobile Application (Admin & User interfaces) followed by a QA session.
