Director Ops CFC PITB and JD CCC Held a Meeting with Secretary Mines & Minerals Department

Director Ops CFC PITB Rana Abid Mahmood and JD CCC Ali Zeb held a meeting with Secretary Mines & Minerals Department Amir Ijaz Akbar Gondal to discuss the setting up of a dedicated helpline for Mines & Minerals Department. Amir Ijaz Akbar Gondal was briefed about the whole ecosystem of complaint management and both departments agreed to launch the helpline for the benefit of labors.

PITB team also briefed the Secretary about the concept of one window service center and Secretary agreed regarding the setting up of centers in major mining areas of Punjab.
