A delegation of Citizen Contact Center, presided by JD CCC Ali Zeb, visited Punjab Emergency Services Headquarters, where the Head of Communications & IT Rescue 1122 Punjab, Naeem Murtaza, briefed the team about the scope of services offered across Punjab. CCC Team, in response, informed them about the PITB call center services and how these can potentially enhance the citizen’s experience of 1122 service delivery.
