A delegation of 35 Assistant Directors of Local Government from Directorate General (LG&CD) Department led by Director Punjab Local Government Academy (PLGA) Lalamusa visited PITB. DG e-Governance PITB Sajid Latif briefed them about PITB's mandate, key initiatives and success stories. The delegation was also briefed on different initiatives being run in LG&CD Department, Govt. of the Punjab.
This was followed by a tour of different departments of PITB including NOC & Data Center, Citizen Contact Center & the e-Khidmat Markaz at Arfa Tower. Director PLGA and his team lauded PITB’s efforts in digitizing public service delivery.
